Document Processing Specialist

Document Processing SpecialistZimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI) is seeking a Document Processing Specialist to support document management and processing operations for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Tobacco Products (CTP), Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OCE). This role is responsible for organizing, processing, tracking, and maintaining regulatory documents and correspondence within designated databases and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office and document processing software.Key ResponsibilitiesDownload, upload, scan, file, and organize regulatory documents and correspondence within designated databases and systemsPerform accurate data entry and maintain documentation records as requiredCoordinate the preparation and processing of incoming and outgoing regulatory documents and submissionsAssist with mailing, tracking, and maintaining records of correspondence and submissionsMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to support document retrieval and recordkeepingUtilize Microsoft Office or similar software applications to complete administrative and document processing tasksOperate scanning and printing programs and equipment to support documentation workflowsPerform additional administrative and documentation support duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diplomaProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applicationsExperience with scanning, printing, and electronic filing systemsStrong data entry and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Minimum Experience1 year of related experience preferredEqual Opportunity Employer StatementZAI is an equal opportunity employer.
