Construction Project Manager

Reconstruction Project ManagerPlan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, employees and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Responsible for the customer service and management of the customer experience.Evaluate and sell projects. Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clientsCreate project schedule, timeline, budget and ensure they are met.Identify and document project scope of work. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimateManage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budgetManage multiple subcontractorsTouch every job every day and keep the job movingCompile and resolve punch list itemsMaintain continuous communications with customers, subcontractors, and team membersIdentify and qualify subcontractors and resource providersEnsure all subcontractor paperwork is up to dateEnsure proper permits are acquiredEnsure quality control at project sites and adherence to safety standardsPerform final walk-through with customer to ensure customer satisfactionQualifications:Proven experience in project management within the reconstruction industrySuperb customer service track recordExperience in Xactimate software requiredExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyEffective written and oral communicationExperience in restoration and/or constructionHigh school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred)Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law, including employment verification, MVR, and drug testingPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:Exposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAbility to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)Benefits:Dental and Vision InsurancePaid HolidaysPaid Time OffUniformsCompensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
