Enrollment Management Generalist
Position TypeRegular, part-time, hourly and non-exempt staff position.General ScheduleThe general schedule for this position is 20 hours a week during regular campus operating hours, with flexible scheduling offered.Position OverviewResponsible for performing a variety of administrative duties for the office of the Registrar. Assumes responsibility for small projects and oversees such projects through to completion. Maintains files and appointment calendars. May be responsible for creating online job requisitions for employment and request for professional position changes. Greets and screens visitors and phone calls as needed; relays messages, responds or takes necessary action or refers to appropriate person for resolution. Attends meetings and seminars to take notes. Orders and maintains inventory of supplies and equipment. Develops and maintains confidential or complex files. May have contact with sensitive, complex and confidential information. May be responsible for managing calendars, appointments, chair events and meetings. Inventories supplies and equipment for multiple departments within the division and makes orders. Prepares correspondence, reports/memos, fax messages, makes travel arrangements, and schedules appointments for Registrar.Job DutiesUnder general supervision of the Registrar, assists with special projects related to data input or data evaluation.Provides clerical or administrative assistance to the Registrar as needed.Proofreads entered information to ensure accuracy of input data.May provide clerical and/or technology support to departments under the Registrar umbrella when needed; this includes but is not limited to the offices of Academic Records, Testing Services, Veteran Student Services, and Articulation of Credit and Degree Certification.Assists Registrar with creation of documents and manuals related to processes and procedures.Assists Registrar with meeting schedulingOther duties as assigned.Qualifications/Experience RequiredRequires general education or vocational training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Qualifications/Experience PreferredSome college preferredData entry experience preferred.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesBasic computer knowledge.Strong attention to detail and proofreading skillsDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to perform duties effectively, efficiently and accurately.Physical DemandsReasonable accommodations (in accordance with ADA requirements) may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
