Role DescriptionThe Paralegal role is a full-time, on-site position located in McAllen, TX. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting attorneys with case management. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal requirements, maintaining case files, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional eager to contribute to the success of our in-house legal team. QualificationsStrong knowledge of Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation (min- 3 yrs)Proficiency in Legal Research and Document ReviewExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyExceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesProfessional Paralegal certification or relevant paralegal education preferredPrevious experience in the legal sector is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish)Knowledge of working up files from beginning to end- Filing Answers to preparing/assisting at TrialAnswering Discovery/Filing legal documents/requesting records, etc.Benefits:401(k)Dental InsuranceHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceVision InsurancePaid time off
