An Amazon listing and inventory seller central job involves managing our seller’s account with duties including creating and optimizing product listing, managing inventory levels and adjusting pricing. Key responsibilities also include running advertising campaigns, handling customer service, and using data analytics to improve sales and performance, while adhering to Amazon policies. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this fast-paced e-commerce environment. Applicants must have at least one year of prior experience specifically in Amazon Seller Central sales.
Key responsibilities:
· Product Listing Management: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring details are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with Amazon's standards. This includes using keywords for better search visibility and managing images and other creative assets.
· Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, manage restock limits, and reconcile inventory discrepancies to avoid over selling or overstocking. This may involve creating FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inbound shipments and coordinating with third-party logistics (3PLs).
· Performance Analysis and Optimization: Use tools to track sales trends, pricing, and profitability. Analyze data to make informed decisions and prepare performance reports.
· Advertising and Marketing: Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon to increase visibility and sales.
· Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience and good seller performance metrics.
· Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor listings and pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
· Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
· E-commerce and Amazon Expertise: A strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including Seller Central, its policies, and e-commerce trends.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, conduct performance analysis, and use data-driven decision-making.
· Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and time management abilities.
· Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems to improve product visibility and sales.
· Technical Proficiency: Experience with Amazon Seller Central and potentially other e-commerce and data analysis tools.
· Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
