Our talented team delivers actuarial, audit, corporate communications, financial and investment, human capital services, information technology, legal, and payroll expertise to our customers.Job Summary:Responsible for management and engineering of infrastructure technologies that may involve virtualization and computer hardware, storage and backups, active directory and messaging or automation and deployments.Essential Job Functions:Serve as a technology resource for Azure infrastructure and related systemsProvide Tier 3 support for escalated infrastructure issuesDesign, deploy, and manage Azure servicesDesign and implement Azure Landing Zones to establish secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environments aligned with organizational standardsSupport Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as BicepPerform and coordinate routine maintenance on responsible systemsDevelop and maintain SOP’s and QRG’s for infrastructure tasks and support cross-training with other teamsCreates documentation of overall infrastructure systems architecture (including cloud technology)Supports the creation of capacity plans and maintaining configuration managementParticipate in vendor and solution evaluations as assignedUses repeatable best practices in compliance with TMNAS architectural standards and engineering methodologyImplement and support monitoring, alerting, and logging using of cloud resourcesAssists with the implementation of best practice security measures to protect corporate data and systemsOther Functions:Complies with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activities at the CompanyPerforms special projects and other duties as may be assignedEstablishes and builds strong working relations and partnerships with Business Units and Senior ManagementQualifications:4+ years of relevant experience requiredBachelor's degree preferredExperience with: Core infrastructure designExperience with: Azure foundations and Azure Landing Zone methodologiesExperience with: Cloud networking such as VPCs, Private Endpoints, NSGs and firewallsExperience with: AI technologies such as OpenAI, AI Foundry, Gemini, etc.Experience with: Infrastructure automation technologies such as Terraform, VMware Cloud Foundations, Azure Bicep and ARM templatesExperience with: Backup technologies and overall data recovery methodologies, replication technologies including cloud backup methodologiesExperience with: Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, SAML/OpenID connect, DNS/DHCP and encryption solutionsMonitoring technologies, automation scripting and management, deployment, and system maintenance methodologiesRelevant Certifications: ITIL Intermediate v3 – Service Transition, IT Planning Protection and Optimization, Service Operation, Operational Support and Analysis, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MSCE Server, MCSE Messaging), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Storage+ Powered by SNIA, EMC Storage Administrator (EMCSA), EMC Storage Implementation Engineer (EMCIE), HP ASE Storage Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional - Data Center (CCNP – Data Center)Ability to lift up to 50lbsHybrid work model; presence required in Bala Cynwyd, PA office a few times per- month requiredEEO Statement:Tokio Marine Group of Companies (including, but not limited to the Philadelphia Insurance Companies, Tokio Marine America, Inc., TMNA Services, LLC, TM Claims Service, Inc. and First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd.) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
