Job Description Luxe Vegas Realty, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Bookkeeper to manage our day- to-day financial transactions at our corporate office. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting foundations, exceptional accuracy, and the ability to systematically manage multi-faceted financial workflows. This is an in-office role 4–5 days per week at our Las Vegas office. No remote work.POSITION TYPEPart- Time4 - 5 Days/WeekWORK MODE100% On-SiteNo Remote WorkKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Accounts Receivable & Billing: Generate, verify, and send accurate invoices; record incoming client payments timely; follow up on outstanding balances and manage collections documentation.• Journal Entries: Prepare, review, and post daily financial transactions and ledger adjustments to ensure absolute reporting accuracy.• Bank Reconciliation: Perform comprehensive monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant statements against general ledger balances; ; investigate and resolve discrepancies.• Cash Transaction Management: Oversee, track, and log daily cash inflows and outflows; maintain precise records of petty cash and liquid assets.• Financial Support: Assist with basic financial report generation and compile structured records to aid management decision-making. Support payroll processing as needed (ADP experience preferred).
