Customer Service Representative

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting customers through order processing, inquiries, and clear communication via phone and email channels. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth potential. ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systemsAssist customers with product inquiries, availability, pricing, and promotionsProcess customer orders, returns, exchanges, and adjustments accurately and efficientlyResolve customer questions and concerns promptly using a solution-oriented approachSupport sales and account goals by communicating relevant products and promotionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely fulfillmentMaintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and order documentationManage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced office environmentContribute to customer retention by delivering consistent, high-quality serviceQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferably 1–3 years of customer service experience, in wholesale, B2B, or distribution environmentsExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationWork Location: Pine Brook, NJ (on-site position)Work Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
