Currently Hiring for Mesa, AZ Security Officers FLEX SHIFT $22.00 hr This position will require foot patrol and physical activity A CURRENT ARIZONA GUARD CARD IS REQUIRED Responsibilities: Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner. Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles. Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures. Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms. Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks. Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items. Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders. Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner. Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents). Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed. Other duties to be determined by Management.
