Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an HVAC Customer Service Representative based in Livonia, MI. The representative will handle customer inquiries, provide outstanding customer support, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and professionally. Daily responsibilities include answering customer calls, scheduling service appointments, troubleshooting basic HVAC issues, and coordinating with technicians to resolve service requests efficiently. Proactively leveraging communication skills to enhance the customer experience will be a key part of this role.
