About the Role As a Regal Cinema Usher, you'll play a crucial role in providing a positive and enjoyable movie-going experience for our guests. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks from greeting guests to maintaining a clean and comfortable theater. Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and answer any questions. Theater Maintenance: Ensure theaters are clean, tidy, and free of debris before and after each show. Concessions: Assist with concession sales, taking orders and providing excellent customer service. Security: Monitor the theater for any safety issues and report any incidents to management.
