Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architect/Project Manager to lead innovative design projects from conception through completion. This role combines creative architectural expertise with strong project management skills to deliver exceptional built environments. You will oversee all phases of design development, construction documentation, and project execution, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Duties Lead the design process utilizing Revit to develop detailed architectural drawings and models. Create schematic design drawings and construction documents Manage project schedules proactively using project management software and coordinate all phases of construction from initial concept to completion. Oversee construction estimating and budgeting activities to ensure projects stay within financial parameters. Develop and negotiate contracts with clients, consultants, and contractors to secure favorable terms and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate construction management activities including site visits, quality control inspections, and renovation or interior design projects. Requirements Proven experience in architecture with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery. Proficiency in Revit Skilled in project scheduling tools and techniques to manage multiple projects efficiently. Knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting processes, contracts negotiation, and construction management practices. Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
