Quickbase Developer
Seeking a Quickbase Developer to transform manual business processes into streamlined, digitized workflows across Supply Chain operations for a major healthcare client. This is a Remote consulting position, EST hours. This role will design, develop, implement, and support scalable Quickbase applications that improve efficiency, data management, and process visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and implement Quickbase applications based on business requirements.
Build and maintain Quickbase tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, permissions, workflows, and Pipelines/automations.
Develop and maintain internal and external system integrations and connections.
Create and maintain technical documentation covering application architecture, integrations, dependencies, Pipelines, and automations.
Maintain application documentation and knowledge within Confluence throughout development and the application lifecycle.
Provide technical expertise and ongoing support for existing and new Quickbase applications.
Perform data migration, application transition, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, and data issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Identify, document, and promptly escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate business and technical stakeholders.
Support implementation of the organization's Quickbase Governance Plan, including development best practices, security, documentation, scalability, and long-term application sustainability.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on Quickbase development experience.
Strong experience with Quickbase application architecture, including tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
Hands-on experience with Quickbase Pipelines, workflow automation, and integrations.
Experience with data migration and application implementation/transition.
Experience creating technical documentation and working with Confluence.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex business processes into effective low-code solutions.
Experience working within application governance, security, and development standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Supply Chain, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
Experience with APIs, web services, or other integration technologies.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale Quickbase environments.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
