Job Summary: Sales and Support is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing orders from teams while navigating quality control issues. Major duties include processing orders and inventory control.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneDuties/Responsibilities: · Processing incoming telephone and email orders from customers· Communication with customers both virtually and in-person· Storing, packing, and shipping orders· Maintaining inventory control· Handling back orders· Shipping and receiving to/from vendors· Forklift operator· Inventory planning and forecasting (weekly meetings)· Reloading· Maintaining clean trailer· Maintaining Warehouse (stocking, ordering supplies, cleanliness)· Update order form and parts book yearly (parts and price)· Work on annual pricing changes for order form· Work with design and technical departments on parts book· Communicate with design and technical departments on new parts within pipeline· Planning and Coordinating safety updates (internally and with teams)Required Skills/Abilities:· Annual Forklift Training· Microsoft Suite· Written and Verbal Communication· Detail Oriented· Time Management· Flexibility· Independent judgmentEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical/Engineering education a plusPhysical Requirements:· On your feet for 12+ hours· Lift 75lbs repetitivelyTravel:Some travel may be required, especially during race season (March – October)
