About the JobCompensation: $17-$20 based on experience. Employment type: Full-time. Shifts Include 7a-3p & 3p-11p. There is no set schedule. Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport is searching for a self-motivated associate for the position of front desk representative. For Front Desk - Staff MUST be able to work and train all shifts! During the first 4-6 weeks of training, new hires are required to train 4-5 days per week which include 7-3pm, 3-11pm shifts. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE MANDATORY! Daily responsibilities (but not limited to):Checking guests in and out. Answering phones. Making reservations. Balancing the day's transactions. Responding to guests' needs/requests/questions. Providing excellent customer service 100% of the time. Skills/Qualities Required:Very upbeat friendly personality. Detail-oriented. Computer literate. Quick Learner. Ability to work independently. Experience in working in customer service. Reliable Transportation. Excellent work ethic and stable past job history. Frequent call-offs and requests off will not be tolerated. As a 24-hour business, we must have staff on property. A staff member that is frequently tardy or absent can hinder our ability to give our guests the excellent customer service that they expect from any Hilton property.
