Experiential Production Internship Summer 2026 (On-Site, New York)

Our studio capabilities range from strategic ideation and insights, creative development, branding and identity, experiential, web design and development, campaigns and content creation, all the way through full-scale production and execution.DESCRIPTION:The Experiential Production Intern will support the Production team in bringing immersive brand experiences to life—from concept through on-site execution. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full production lifecycle across a range of live events, activations, and spatial builds.This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact experiential work while building a strong foundation in production, logistics, and real-world execution.Responsibilities and learning opportunities include:Support the planning and execution of experiential activations, events, and installationsAssist in developing production timelines, run-of-shows, and project trackersCoordinate with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, and Project Management to ensure alignment across deliverablesAssist in vendor coordination, outreach, and communication (fabricators, rentals, venues, etc.)Help track production budgets, expenses, and invoicesSupport the preparation of production documents including call sheets, schedules, and site plansAssist in sourcing materials, props, and production elementsProvide on-site support during installs, live events, and breakdowns as neededHelp manage logistics including shipping, inventory, and asset organizationMaintain organization of production files, documents, and shared trackersBe a student of the industry: stay current on trends in experiential production, live events, and cultural activationsREQUIREMENTS:Must be enrolled in a University or Master's program.Must be available for a minimum of 3 days per week to work at our offices in New York.Must be available between June 1st, 2026 and August 7th, 2026 Internships begin June 1st, 2026.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Production, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldStrong interest in experiential marketing, live events, and productionHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at onceStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teamsProactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with timelines, logistics, and problem-solving in real timeAbility to take direction and also anticipate needs where possibleWillingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends for live events as neededFamiliarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with Airtable or project management tools is a plusInterest in production workflows, vendor coordination, and on-site executionPositive attitude and strong work ethic with a team-first mindsetCOMPENSATION:This internship is unpaid.
