Visit www.mtnewswires.com for more information.Position OverviewThe Director will support the Global Head of Partnerships in executing MT Newswires' strategic partnership initiatives across AI platforms and global markets. This role focuses on operational execution, selling into AI, partner relationship management, and deal pipeline development to drive revenue growth and expand our network of exchanges, market data providers, and media organizations.Key Responsibilities:Originate new sales opportunities throughout the AI territory to meet assigned sales goals and revenue targetsUse appropriate techniques to build and manage a pipeline of new business targets and progress complex sales cyclesManage day-to-day partner relationships and serve as primary point of contact for assigned strategic accountsSupport contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments under the direction of the Global Head of PartnershipsTrack partnership performance metrics, KPIs, and deliverables; prepare regular reporting for leadershipCoordinate trials and manage product evaluations with prospective clientsEstablish relationships with key client contacts within the industry and contribute to strengthening the MT Newswires brand by representing the company at key eventsBusiness Development SupportConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunitiesBuild and maintain qualified deal pipelines through proactive outreach and lead generationPrepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for prospective partners and clientsSupport the Global Head of Partnerships in strategic meetings, negotiations, and industry eventsCRM & Process ManagementMaintain accurate data in CRM system, ensuring deal tracking and forecasting accuracyImplement and optimize workflows, approval processes, and documentation standardsManage collateral library and ensure sales teams have current materialsSupport the development and execution of enablement programs and training materialsCoordinate with sales teams to identify co-selling opportunities and support dealsWork with marketing to develop specific campaigns, case studies, and co-marketing initiativesQualifications:3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic account managementExperience in financial services, media, or SaaS industries preferredProven track record of managing complex B2B relationships and driving revenue growthStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with C-level executivesProficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data analysisSelf-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independentlyWillingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%)Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
