A strong ability to provide risk mitigation by alerting management of known and unknown risks on projects through proactively monitoring labor and expenses for assigned projects is required.ResponsibilitiesPrepare project labor and expense plansForecast through the use of accounting and project management systemsProvide risk mitigation by alerting management of known and unknown risks on projects through proactively monitoring labor and expenses for assigned projectsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of cost control policy, including internal processes and proceduresUnderstand of cost control policy, including internal processes and proceduresRoutinely conversing with the cost control team as well as the Project Director/ Manager, design and/or field staff while conveying and reinforcing these processes and proceduresQualificationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum of eight years of related experienceAdditional QualificationsWorks well within a team-oriented environmentExcellent understanding of general accounting standards and principlesExpert understanding of design and/or construction accounting practicesProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteExcellent listening and communication skillsTechnically strong with labor and cost planning and forecastingDemonstrated ability to provide risk mitigation strategies to projects in a proactive and timely way.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
