This role ensures our accounting and advisory services are executed with excellence, consistency, and discipline.This leader is responsible for building the systems, structure, and team that allow Mighty to grow without breaking quality, culture, or margins.This is not a player-coach role long-term. It is a strategic leadership seat focused on outcomes, not task completion.Core Responsibilities1. Delivery ExcellenceOwn end-to-end service delivery across all accounting and advisory engagementsEnsure consistent execution of our defined service modelStandardize and optimize onboarding, month-end close, and advisory workflowsImplement quality control systems that prevent downstream issues2. Financial PerformanceOwn gross margin across service linesManage capacity planning, utilization, and realizationEnsure engagements are scoped and staffed correctlyImprove operational efficiency without sacrificing quality3. Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead Directors and functional leaders within Service DeliveryEstablish clear scorecards and accountability rhythmsHire, develop, and retain high-performing leadersBuild a bench that supports scale4. Client OutcomesEnsure consistent, high-quality client experienceMonitor retention, satisfaction, and engagement metricsIntervene decisively when accounts show risk5. Operational InfrastructureDrive SOP documentation and process disciplineOversee systems (QBO, reporting stack, workflow tools)Improve visibility through dashboards and KPIsVP, Service Delivery ScorecardWe manage by outcomes, not activity.
