Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Sarasota, FL, for a Sales Professional. The role involves proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting tailored workplace technology solutions, and building relationships to grow and maintain a strong customer base. The Sales Professional will be responsible for creating and delivering customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded, while proactively identifying opportunities to support clients through technology upgrades and workplace transformations. Qualifications Proven sales experience, with skills in client prospecting, account management, and closing dealsStrong understanding of workplace technology solutions such as smart office automation, audio-visual systems, document workflows, and physical securityExcellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and deliver tailored sales proposals aligned with client needsTime management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and prioritiesProficiency with CRM software and other sales productivity toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a customer-focused environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceFamiliarity with the Florida business landscape is a plus
