Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required or must be obtainable prior to start. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with standard skilled nursing documentation, restorative programs, and working with geriatric populations preferred. Ability to work a full-time schedule and complete required facility onboarding and background checks.
