Credential Coordinator
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Credentialing Coordinator for our medical partner in Indianapolis, IN.The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $22-$25 hourly. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.Schedule: Monday-Friday Day ShiftDuration: 8 weeks with potential for extensionKey Responsibilities:- Coordinate provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes- Verify licenses, certifications, education, training, and work history records- Maintain accurate credentialing files and provider database information- Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and NCQA standards- Process medical staff applications, renewals, and credentialing documentation- Communicate effectively with providers, medical offices, licensing agencies, and insurance carriers- Track credentialing performance metrics and maintain audit-ready documentation- Support provider onboarding, appointments, and medical staff activitiesQualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent required- 2+ years of credentialing, healthcare administration, or related experience required- Knowledge of provider credentialing processes and healthcare compliance standards- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and credentialing database systems- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentJoin a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to delivering quality patient care while fostering professional growth and career development.**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
