Speech Language PathologistStep by Step - Atco, NJ 08004OverviewSalary Range $70.00 - $70.00 Hourly Position Type Per Diem Job Shift Day Education Level Graduate Degree Travel Percentage Road WarriorDescriptionSpecific duties and responsibilities:Complete initial eligibility evaluations, added assessments, IFSP's, 6 month progress reviews, annual evaluations, exit evaluationsWrite Evaluation Summary Reports and IFSP's and participate in all required meetings pertaining to position purposeProvide direct services in partnerships with familiesInvolve parents/families in techniques and activities to facilitate appropriate child developmentFacilitate workshops, when appropriateComplete all required reports, session notes, and all other documentation applicable to dutyParticipate in staff meetings and/or professional developmentFulfill job-related responsibilities in a manner reflecting professional and ethical standards of conduct that apply to their specific profession or disciplinePerform other duties at Program Director's requestQualificationsLicensed Speech-Language Pathologist, State of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Consumer Affairs, Audiology and Speech Language Pathology Advisory Committee pursuant to N.J.S.A. and N.J.A.C.; AND who preferably has at least one year documented professional experience with individuals from birth to five years of age who have developmental delays and disabilities.
