This role is responsible for managing on-site activities, supporting residents, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily property operations and ensure a safe, well-maintained communitySupervise on-site staff and coordinate property activitiesLead leasing, marketing, and resident relations effortsManage move-ins, move-outs, and tenant concernsCollect, review, and process rent payments and financial recordsMaintain property reports and ensure compliance with housing regulationsHandle administrative duties related to property managementQualifications3+ years of property management experienceExperience with tax credit properties requiredLeadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license required
