Job ResponsibilitiesProgram & Portfolio Management – Oversee multiple projects/programs, manage interdependencies, align initiatives to strategic objectives, and maintain overall portfolio health.Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, COE teams, finance, and senior leadership to align priorities and drive successful delivery.Project Planning, Forecasting & Resource Management – Lead capacity planning, resource strategy, budget reviews, portfolio forecasting, and roadmap synchronization.Risk, Issue & Escalation Management – Act as the escalation point for project teams, proactively identify blockers, manage risks, resolve scope/resource conflicts, and ensure minimal disruption.Governance, SDLC & Reporting
