PCB Assembly Test Operator
Job Summary:
Follow manufacturing work instructions and use proprietary computer guided test programs to perform quality checks of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
Ability to follow multi-step test procedures.
Test products, determine if products pass all test steps, and clearly separate good and defective units.
Operate bar code scanner.
Maintain required record keeping in accordance with policies, specifications and requirements.
Perform simple maintenance of equipment, fixtures, tooling, and workplace cleanliness.
Contribute effectively to the team to ensure objectives are met.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior electronic testing experience is preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate in English both in writing and verbally at the general business level Basic knowledge in electronic test tools (DMM, power Supply, etc.)
Knowledge of various computer programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and adobe)
Ability to determine pass/fail of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
IPC-600, IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification is preferred.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Experience:
PCB Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
IPC 610: 1 year (Preferred)
IPC 600: 1 year (Preferred)
Electromechanical Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
Cable/Wire Harness Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
Soldering: 1 year (Preferred)
Electronics Testing: 1 year (Preferred)
