An established precision manufacturing organization is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to serve as the primary commercial contact for their customer base. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, order management, and internal coordination, working directly with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Management to keep customers informed and orders on track.What You Will DoServe as the primary point of contact for customers on quotes, purchase orders, order status, and commercial inquiriesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships that support retention and growthEnter and manage quotes and purchase orders accurately and on timeExpedite and update order status using milestone tracking and scheduling toolsCoordinate between customers and internal departments including Engineering, Production, Quality, and ManagementFollow up on open quotations and provide feedback to the estimating teamConduct in-person customer visits on-site and at customer locations as neededSupport marketing initiatives including presentations, brochures, and website contentOperate with awareness of QMS requirements, quality policies, and product conformance standardsContribute to continuous process improvement within the customer service functionWhat You BringAssociate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or salesExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple customer priorities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with order management or ERP systems a plusU.S. work authorization requiredCompensation and OpportunityCompetitive base salaryComprehensive benefits packageStable, long-tenured organization with a strong reputation in precision manufacturingOpportunity to be a key face of the company to a well-established customer baseSalary range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year.J-18808-Ljbffr
