Optimal is seeking an experienced Throughput Analysis and Simulation lead to manage TAS projects and supervise teams across plant sites. You will resolve complex engineering challenges and mentor engineers in MPS-based throughput simulation, workbook models, and GA data usage.
You will contribute to expert-level support, drive program execution, and advocate documentation of best practices. This role requires independence, strong collaboration, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
