Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure
Process payments and issuing room keys
Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
Maintain accurate reservation records
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of customer service experience preferred, Comfortable using hotel reservation software
Ability to understand and follow directions
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve
Able to stand for long periods and work weekends
