PT reports to the Director of Rehab and supervises PTA support staff. PT coordinates patient care with PTA, OT, OTA and SLP members and rehab department. Treats residents, communicates with families, physicians, and other team members maintaining documentation for medical record. Ideal candidate has experience within a SNF setting experience and willingness to learn Home Care.Compensation up to 115K depending on exp. Sign on of 10K with exceptional medical benefits; vision, medical, dental and additional insurance with 401(k). PTO, Federal holidays and CME time with allowance.
