This role also involves ensuring that technology decisions align with an open-source-first philosophy while maintaining enterprise-grade standards. The Deputy CTO will oversee large global technology organizations, create a culture of accountability, and partner with senior leaders on various strategic initiatives.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive technology leadership experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise software environments, with a proven track record of leading large, multi-layered global technology teams. A strong background in both software engineering and infrastructure/platform engineering is essential, as is experience in driving large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise systems, hybrid cloud environments, and modern software architectures, as well as a strong technical foundation in relevant technologies.
