Mold MakerWe are currently hiring Mold Makers in Orlando, FL for on-going projects. Pay is $25- $28 per hour based on experience and skillset. As a Mold Maker you are responsible for building high quality molds for large-scale commercial projects. OSHA 10 required - training can be provided for qualified candidates.Mold Maker Responsibilities:Build, modify, and repair molds for fiberglass, foam, composites, and other specialty materialsInterpret blueprints, drawings, and design specificationsConstruct molds using wood, fiberglass, resin, plaster, silicone, and various other mold-making materialsPrepare molds for production ensuring accuracy and qualityPerform finishing, trimming, sanding, and surface preparation as neededCollaborate with scenic artists, carpenters, sculptors, and production teams to meet project deadlinesInspect completed molds and troubleshoot issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentMold Maker Qualifications:Previous experience as a Mold Maker or similar fabrication roleExperience working with fiberglass, resins, silicone, composites, or related materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detailComfortable using hand and power toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in scenic fabrication is a plusOSHA 10 required - training can be provided for qualified candidatesBenefits:Weekly payPaid time off and holiday payReferral bonus programMedical, dental, and vision insurance401k
