It is an independent contractor partnership for established professionals who bring executive credibility, strong professional relationships, and the judgment required to responsibly deploy leadership frameworks.Role OverviewStrategic Partners earn certification as a coach/trainer and are authorized to deploy a field-tested leadership system within their existing executive and organizational relationships.The system is example-driven, practical, and built by a former S.W.A.T. commander with over 20 years of real-world leadership experience.Key Responsibilities✅Complete required system training and certification✅Position and deploy the leadership framework within qualified organizations✅Leverage existing professional relationships to generate opportunities✅Uphold brand, delivery, and ethical standardsWhat Is Provided✅ Certification as a coach/trainer upon successful completion of training✅ A complete, ready-to-deploy leadership system✅ LMS access, participant materials, and backend infrastructure✅ Professional positioning and approved marketing assets✅ One-on-one coaching following certificationCompensation StructureThis is a performance-based, revenue-sharing partnership.
