Part-Time Cleaning Specialist

Location: Route is Mon-Fri evenings with 3 customers from south side of Bloomington to Bedford.Shift Hours: 2nd & 3rd Shift hoursMust have reliable transportation.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Team Member. This position involves maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Key Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Dispose of waste and recyclables properly, following company guidelines. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to manufacturer's instructions. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the supervisor. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently. Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently and demonstrate time management skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
