Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Apartment community seeking Maintenance Supervisor for 300+ unit property. Position requires hands on maintenance and ability to coordinate and manage maintenance staff and vendors. Strong leadership skills and communication skills required. Attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, swimming pool knowledge, irrigation system, and HVAC and any other general maintenance repairs that may arise. Must be able to work in fast paced environment and push customer service satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS Ideal candidate has HVAC & EPA certification with (3) plus years of Maintenance Lead experience. Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment. This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled on-call. Normal work hours are 8am - 5pm, Mon-Fri . Backkground Screening and Drug Test Required Job includes health insurance, vacation, sick and holiday pay.
