The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a rapidly expanding company that delivers world-class services to renowned real estate & mortgage operations. They are looking for a highly specialized and detail-oriented Data Manager to support their B2B Appointment Setters by managing their CRM and data division. The ideal candidate has a passion for their mission of "Building Business by Building People," possesses superior organization skills, and has a natural attention to detail.Core ResponsibilitiesManage monthly, weekly, and daily objectives for various campaigns Source, mine, and import pre-qualified candidates based on client parameters into the CRM following a specific process Delegate sourcing & mining of data to other data team members as needed Cycle exhausted data out of campaign "Ponds" on a regular basis utilizing simple filters Move with speed & efficiency through the support of a user-friendly, all-encompassing, metrics-driven CRM Master the CRM inside & out, and keep it clean and organized Perform quality assurance over processes/logging in the CRM Build weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients Complete various one-off data projects/system updates as requested Data sourcing, mining, importing, and migration according to campaign objectives Prepare campaigns in the CRM (creating user accounts, ponds, call sheets) Attend daily team meetings and training as scheduled Set and meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals Qualifications/SkillsCommunicate professionally, confidently, and effectively with candidates, clients, co-workers, and support team in verbal and written form Ability to follow step-by-step processes with specificity Capability of catching and analyzing KPI irregularities and patterns Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail Adaptable to evolving processes Results-oriented Excellent online navigation and familiarity with Google Drive CRM experience (required) Capable of staying in the pocket behind systems and CRM for up to 4-6 hours/day Ability to hit and maintain basic KPIs, then master craft to exceed them 1 year of data management experience (preferred) Company Benefits/perks401(k) with matching Paid time off Bonus pay Remote work, Monday-Friday, Day Shift Fast-paced, challenging, and competitive environment with vast opportunity for professional advancement Group and 1:1 training with top consultants in the real estate/mortgage industry Real-time support and training for daily performance improvement Additional NotesThere is no ceiling on growth.
