Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Part-Time Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving our growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our brand throughout our service area. Key Responsibilities: Canvassing: Engage with residents to generate leads and raise brand awareness. Trade Shows & Contractor Events: Represent WOW 1 Day Painting and build relationships. Cold Calling: Introduce our services and generate interest. Door Hangers: Distribute promotional materials in designated neighborhoods. Yard Signs: Place and maintain signs in strategic locations. Ground Game Marketing: Implement additional grassroots marketing strategies. Qualifications: Experience in sales or marketing, ideally with canvassing or direct outreach. (Preferred but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and enthusiastic attitude. Compensation: Hourly Pay: Competitive rate based on experience. Commission: Performance-based structure. Bonuses: Available for meeting and exceeding targets.
