Overview In this role you will turn business data needs into actionable insights through MicroStrategy visualizations. You will partner with stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions, guiding end-to-end BI delivery from requirements to deployment. You’ll handle data modelling, visualization design, and iterative enhancements in a global delivery environment. The position offers opportunities to work with diverse teams on financial-domain analytics and to leverage MicroStrategy, with added exposure to Tableau and ETL tools. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering scalable dashboards and accurate data representations that empower business performance. ResponsibilitiesDevelop reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and metadata layers in MicroStrategyTranslate business data needs into effective visualizationsCollaborate with stakeholders to enable decision-making through data insightsManage full BI lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing enhancementsWrite SQL for initial data mining and coordinate with ETL developersExplore MicroStrategy-Hadoop integration (preferred)Contribute to data modelling, design, and implementation based on standards Key requirements4+ years of experience in BI/ETL with MicroStrategyStrong SQL skills for data mining and integrationExperience in data modelling and visualization designKnowledge of MicroStrategy architectureExperience with ETL tools (Talend, Pentaho) preferredTableau knowledge a plusExperience in a global delivery environmentFinancial-domain experienceStrong analytical thinkingability to work in diverse, cross-stakeholder teamseffective collaboration with business stakeholdersMicroStrategySQLData modelling
