Instructional Designer6+ months with longer extension possiblePotential to go contract to hireHybrid - Wilmington, MA 1-2 days/weekExperience in Adult Learning, Training, Instructional Design and curriculum development for all methodologies (eLearning, ILT, VILT)Experience in creating technical training for Oracle (or other) ERP systems is required.Experience in creating training based on business processes and workflows to support user adoption.Experience in successfully planning, managing, and delivering multiple, concurrent deliverables across complex work streams in a matrixed organization Job Detail:Drive and manage all Instructional design and curriculum development for their assigned workstream, for example P2P, AP, C2C, SCM, MDM or reports.Contribute to the design and execution of the overall training strategy, plan, and deliverables, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders as needed.Design and develop training materials for their workstream, including instructor-led training, VILT, eLearning, instructional videos, and any other supporting materials/documentation.Assist in the creation and delivery of a train-the-trainer program.Help create and manage training activity work plans that include assignment of responsibilities, estimated level of effort for team members, dependencies, and deadlines for their workstream.Manage the development of training materials and user manuals, including but not limited to instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, instructional videos, and eLearning courses.Assist in the planning for all staff training for the duration of the project, for both in person and remote team partners.Oversee and manage the review process for all training materials and documentation by Subject Matter Experts to ensure content accuracy and consistency.Partner with OGL technical writing team to ensure collaboration and consistency.Collaborate with L&D team on upload of training materials to the Learning Management System (LMS) Requirements: ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience; 3 years of related experience in Adult Learning, Training, Instructional Design and curriculum development for all methodologies (eLearning, ILT, VILT)Facilitator experience is preferred, but not requiredExperience in creating technical training for Oracle (or other) ERP systems is required.Experience in creating training based on business processes and workflows to support user adoption.Experience in successfully planning, managing, and delivering multiple, concurrent deliverables across complex work streams in a matrixed organizationStrong understanding of training tools and delivery methodsExperience designing and developing synchronous and asynchronous training.Strong communication and facilitation skills with advanced PowerPoint capabilitiesExtensive working knowledge of the principles and practices of Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Change Management, and Project Management EducationBachelor's Degree in the following is highly preferred: Education, Communications, Engagement, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Human Resources, or other related areaMaster's Degree preferred Additional RequirementsHigh EQ and ability to work with various experience levels, job roles within the org.Strong communication and collaboration with a focus on achieving resultsCombination of remote work and in-office, with up to 25% travel
