Our client is looking for a candidate who has a commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and social responsibility.Responsibilities:Provide knowledge of all aspects of the design process and project complexities.Proactively contribute to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in interior design, execution, and living design.Carry responsibility for managing and directing all aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution within scope and budget.Manage project teams with client satisfaction and firm profit in mindFosters collaboration among your teamDemonstrate strong and effective communication and directionLeads effort in developing and validating project scope, fee, budget, and services during the marketing and contract development processExperience using the Deltek Project Management system; completes work plans in Deltek, including identification of project team members, budget, consultants, schedule for completion, fees, and costs, as well as project change notices or other actions taking place on the assigned projectPrepare strategic plans for efficient and profitable project success.Bring a deep understanding of design philosophies and current trendsReviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery ManualMentors and trains staff as a natural part of the jobEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in interiors, architecture, or related discipline required.10-15+ years of relevant experience with healthcare projectsExperienced in all phases of project design, construction documentation production, programming, space planning, and FF&EUnderstanding of project financial management and contract administration, including project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.Revit proficient.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to direct, mentor, and coordinate work efforts of multiple project teams.LEED GA or obtain within 6 months of hire.Licensure (NCIDQ or registered architect) preferred.
