If you meet around 70% of the qualifications and are excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.General job duties include:New Business Development Representative duties (Primary)Identify, research, and target prospective clients within defined marketsExecute outbound prospecting efforts including calls, emails, and eventsBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunitiesQualify leads and coordinate hand-off to sales team or leadership forclosingDevelop and maintain prospect databases and CRM records withaccurate activity trackingEstablish initial relationships with decision-makers and keyinfluencersSupport and participate in networking events, trade shows, andindustry functions to generate new contactsCollaborate with leadership to refine targeting strategies andoutreach campaignsSupport marketing campaigns and outreach initiativesTrack campaign effectiveness and lead conversion metricsMarketing Support duties (Secondary Focus)Assist in developing targeted campaigns designed specifically for lead generationContribute content and ideas for email campaigns, outreach messaging, and digital engagementSupport website and social media updates with a focus on driving inbound leadsCoordinate with vendors and partners on co-marketing initiatives that produce measurable business opportunitiesHelp track and report on campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and ROIRequired Experience:High School DiplomaCollege experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to initiate conversations and build rapportSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetPreferred Experience:Marketing, Business, Communications, or related experience preferredConfidence in outbound communication (phone, email, in-person)Ability to initiate conversations and quickly build rapportBasic understanding of sales processes and lead qualificationProficiency with computers, CRM systems, and digital toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with lead generation and business development strategiesUnderstanding of digital marketing as it relates to pipeline growthWorking knowledge of the technology industryAbility to analyze prospects and identify business opportunitiesPhysical Requirements:Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel to events, client sites, and tradeshows.Compensation:The compensation is expected to start at $40,000, plus commission.
