Together, we can achieve great things and continue to lead the industry!Click here to review our Privacy Notice for applicants.Hours are Night Shift 7pm - 7am on a 2,2,3,2 Rotation What You'll Do:&]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8">Machine Operation: Run and monitor overwrap equipment with precision and attention to detailQuality Assurance: Perform regular checks of feeders, sealing, film registration, and product specificationsDocumentation: Maintain accurate records in Kiosk and Enterprise systems, completing job jackets with precisionPre-shift Preparation: Verify job and production information, including job jackets, feeder checks, and product verificationProcess Monitoring: Ensure proper sealing, film registration, and SKU verification throughout production runsQuality Control: Conduct regular QA sample pulls to verify correct card counts and expansionCommunication: Keep supervisors and managers informed of concerns, issues, and shift detailsLine Management: Perform proper line clearance procedures at job completionSystem Operation: Enter and maintain accurate data in Kiosk and Enterprise systemsCompliance: Follow all work instructions and quality procedures for overwrap operationsProduction Tracking: Monitor and document quantities for bulk, displays, and master cartonsEquipment Verification: Conduct regular scale checks and equipment calibration as requiredWhat You'll Bring:&]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8">Technical Skills: Experience with overwrap machines or similar packaging equipment Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for quality control and product specificationsDocumentation: Ability to maintain accurate records and complete required paperworkSystem Proficiency: Comfort with using production tracking systems (Kiosk and Enterprise)Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication abilitiesQuality Focus: Strong commitment to maintaining quality standardsProblem-Solving: Ability to identify and report issues promptlyPhysical Capability: Ability to perform necessary machine operations and material handlingTeam Orientation: Strong collaboration skills for working with supervisors and fellow operatorsProcess Adherence: Commitment to following established procedures and work instructionsReliability: Consistent attendance and punctualityAdaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing production needsHow You Will Be SuccessfulCommunication: You understand the importance of active listening and clear communication channels to prevent misunderstandings, enhance teamwork, and create inclusive communication.
