Data Architect

What You’ll Be OwningGRVTY is seeking a Data Architect with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in McLean, VA. This position is within a team supporting the customer with data engineering and operations, software engineering, security engineering, DevOps engineering, application development, data science, and program management in support of data acquisition, exploitation, engineering, and management tasks. You will communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries, to include other contractor teams, Customer staff and external stakeholders.What You Must HaveActive TS/SCI with Polygraph ClearanceDemonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure and data management.Demonstrated experience with multiple OS environments including Windows, Linux, and MacOS.Demonstrated experience with cloud environments, including AWS.Demonstrated experience with development environments including AWS, Hadoop distributed file system (HDFS), Cloudera, Spark, Presto, SQL, and NoSQL.Demonstrated experience conducting data processing activities.Experience working with PythonDemonstrated experience building executing ETL pipelinesDemonstrated experience with integrating data flows with industry standard systems such as Niagra FallsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be a proactive problem solverExperience providing clear and concise communications for both technical and non-technical audiencesWhat Would Be Nice To HaveKnowledge of targeting workflows, tools and environmentsExperience with Large Language Models and agentic workflows.Experience with graphical databases such as Neo4JExperience working with a hard target mission area.Pay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.We’re proud to offer a work environment that empowers our team to achieve a strong work-life balance.
