FOOD and BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION Food and Beverage Supervisor oversee daily front of the house operations, ensuring high quality guest service, staff management and compliance with health and safety regulations. Occasionally managing scheduling, inventory control, and collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain high service standards.How You Will Create The ExtraordinarySupervises food and beverage staff and monitor restaurant flow to ensure efficient service.Resolve customer complaints promptly, interact with guests and maintain a welcoming Family Style service.Oversee the daily operations of all aspects of food and beverage service on assigned shift. Required to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all facilities and bar service areas at the highest level.Ability to effectively handle multiple projectsEnsure quality of food, completion of side work, and restaurant remain clan and sanitized for guests.Train and supervise food servers and bartender personnel.Maintain efficient and well-organized work environment.Comply with all Internal Controls, Company, departmental, and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.Perform duties as assigned by management.Ensure a complete closing of shift and proper hand over to next shift before leaving.Maintain a professional working environment with staff.Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to align with marketing promotions and support to guest.Demonstrate leadership by example: ability to make decisions and good judgement calls.WHAT YOU WILL NEEDMust be 21 years of age or olderProficient in English verbal and writtenHigh school diploma or equivalentGood oral and written communication skillsFlexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidaysTwo (2) years of food service supervisory experience Ability to obtain ServSafe CertificationAddional RequirementsAbility to push and pull up to 50 poundsAbility to lift and carry objects up to 25-50 poundsAbility to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitivelyMust be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period.
