Plumbing Sales Technician

Job descriptionFire & Ice Heating and Air is looking for a talented plumbing sales professional to join our team.The RoleDiagnoses sewer/plumbing/drain issues in a customer’s home, and presents repair options directly to the customer through the sales process.Responsibilities:· Consult plumbing and sewer issues, and prepare repair estimates.· Executes the sales process to deliver repair options directly to the customer.· Creates job bids in accordance with company profit goals.· Thoroughly prepare statement of work and supporting documents to hand project off to installation team.· Communicate with customer through entire project, and ensure customer is 100% satisfied at completion of project.· Participate in training events and shares lessons learned/best practices with sewer sales team.· Assists customers with financing options for project.Reports directly to: Plumbing ManagerBenefits:Company Vehicle - fully stockedMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurances provided at no cost to the employee.
