Overview In this role you lead a team overseeing large-scale construction programs in Los Angeles, guiding planning, budgeting, and funding strategy to align with stakeholder goals. You drive program-wide governance, risk management, and closeout, partnering with architects, engineers, and managers to deliver high-profile projects. You will shape funding approaches, leverage grants, and ensure compliant reporting and documentation.
