This person takes the process insights surfaced by the AI Business Process Analyst and determines the right technical approach, evaluating vendors and platforms, building or configuring agentic solutions, and ensuring that what gets deployed works in practice.This role leads the AI initiative from a technical execution standpoint. That means making strategic decisions about which tools belong in our stack, how they connect to existing systems, and how staff will be trained and supported as new capabilities are introduced. The right candidate stays current of what’s happening within the AI landscape. They will bring conviction, a proven portfolio, and the communication skills to make AI accessible across the organization. This is a player-coach role: you will be doing the work, not overseeing it from a distance.Our AI Solutions Architect will abide by SOC 2 data security controls. ResponsibilitiesAI Tool Selection & ArchitectureLead rigorous "Build vs. Buy vs. Partner" evaluations for all components of the AI ecosystem, determining the most efficient path to deliver business value while balancing speed-to-market against long-term technical ownership and scalability. Define the company’s AI tooling architecture, including how tools integrate with existing systems (CRM, ad platforms, analytics systems, etc.)Own the technical AI roadmap, sequencing initiatives, managing dependencies, and communicating trade-offs clearly to leadershipContinuously assess the evolving AI landscape and make timely, well-reasoned recommendations about when to adopt, replace, or retire toolsAgentic & Workflow AutomationImplement agentic AI solutions that can act, make decisions within defined parameters, and reduce manual intervention across key workflowsBuild and configure multi-step AI workflows and solutions that connect across tools and departmentsEnsure solutions are reliable, auditable, and built with appropriate guardrails and failure handlingImplementation & IntegrationLead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions from scoping through deployment, working from recommendations provided by the AI Business Process AnalystPartner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure solutions integrate cleanly into existing workflowsMaintain clear documentation on system architecture, tool configurations, and integration dependenciesMonitor solution performance post-deployment and iterate based on real-world usage and feedbackStaff Enablement & TrainingDevelop and deliver training programs with the help of the AI Business Analyst that help staff understand, trust, and effectively use AI tools in their day-to-day workCreate accessible resources guides, demos, that meet team members where they are regardless of technical backgroundServe as an internal resource for AI-related questions, troubleshooting, and best practicesPromote responsible AI usage and help the organization develop clear norms around how AI tools are usedCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the AI Business Process Analyst to translate operational findings into technically sound solution designsEngage with department leads and leadership to align on priorities, surface blockers, and report on initiative progressSupport change management efforts by ensuring teams feel prepared and supported as new tools are introducedRequired Skills/Abilities: A portfolio of AI solutions you have personally built and deployed, with clear evidence of the business impact each deliveredFamiliarity with agentic AI frameworks and toolsExperience integrating AI tools across existing tech stacks, including CRMs, ad platforms, and analytics systemsStrong understanding of how AI applies in performance marketing, media, analytics, or lead generation environments (preferred)Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersExperience training or enabling staff on new tools and technologies with patience, structure, and genuine commitment to adoption successAll applicants should be well versed in working within SOC 2 data security requirementsFamiliarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or AI platform administrationA practical, outcome-oriented mindset this role succeeds when solutions are used and delivering results, not just when they are builtHow We Hire for This RoleWe hire based on what you have physically built, not what you know in theory.
