Description:Job description:Gulf Coast Panama Jack — Warehouse Inventory Manager - Panama City Beach LocationCompany overview Gulf Coast Panama Jack is a wholesale supplier of beach novelties including towels, chairs, umbrellas, apparel, sun care, and swim gear.Position summary We are seeking an organized, energetic Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control and daily warehouse operations. This role will manage a small team and ensure inventory is stored, moved, and picked efficiently and accurately.Key responsibilitiesEnsure physical inventory is organized, labelled, and stored in designated locations and reflects accurately in our ERP systemCoordinate bin moves and strategically put-away inventory to optimize space and workflowPick and pull merchandise to fulfill transfers between warehousesAdditional supporting roles and taskRe-label or repackage merchandise as neededUnload trucks and containers; receive and verify shipmentsStock merchandise and maintain accurate inventory recordsComplete required paperwork and inventory documentationMaintain a safe, clean, and efficient work areaRequirementsPrevious warehouse management experience requiredAble to read, write legibly, and perform basic math without a calculatorStrong leadership, communication, and teamwork skillsAble to work independently with limited supervisionComfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasksAnalytical problem-solving skills and attention to detailFlexible availability as business needs requirePhysical demands and working conditionsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyProlonged walking/standing on hard concreteExposure to heat and other outdoor conditions when unloading trucksEmployment typeFull-timeApplication instructions Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your warehouse management experience and availability.Benefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceRequirements:Warehouse management experience required
