Precision CNC Programmer and Operator

About the Role Join a high-precision manufacturing team where your expertise in CNC programming and machining will directly impact the production of complex, close-tolerance components. We are seeking a dedicated professional to leverage Mastercam skills to drive efficiency and quality across our multi-axis lathe and milling operations. Responsibilities Design, refine, and troubleshoot complex CNC programs using Mastercam to maximize production throughput. Execute full machine setups and oversee operational workflows to ensure consistent output. Validate component integrity by performing rigorous in-process and final inspections using CMM and precision hand tools. Apply advanced GD&T principles to ensure all parts meet strict engineering specifications. Maintain tooling inventory and optimize fabrication processes to reduce cycle times. Foster a culture of safety and precision by upholding rigorous quality control standards. Required Skills 3+ years of professional experience in CNC programming using Mastercam. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings. Solid understanding and practical application of GD&T. Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to manufacturing challenges. Preferred Skills Experience with multi-axis milling and live-tooling lathe operations. Background in prototype development and high-mix production environments. Familiarity with modern CMM software and advanced inspection techniques.
