Description:Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Wilbraham OfficeReports To: CFO / CEOFLSA Status: ExemptPosition SummaryThe Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting the people and culture of the organization. This position is responsible for managing and supporting the full range of HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and regulatory compliance.In partnership with leadership, this role helps shape and maintain HR policies and practices that support company goals, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure consistent, fair, and compliant application of HR programs across the organization.The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and is comfortable balancing day-to-day HR operations with long-term organizational support.
